I’m Grace — a certified life coach, a person who’s lived through burnout, and someone who knows how heavy it feels to keep it all together. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk with you as you learn to live a little softer — with boundaries that protect your peace, and support that actually meets you where you are. Burnout doesn’t always look like “can’t get out of bed.” Often clients say they’re “fine on paper”, but inside they feel:

  • Constantly tired, even after rest
  • Detached, numb, or snappy over small things
  • Muddled focus and decision fatigue
  • A growing dread for work or responsibilities they used to manage

I’ve lived burnout myself — and now we help you through the same. Together, we’ll create gentler rhythms and practical supports so your system can recover.

Somatic (body-based) coaching looks at how your body holds stress — not just your thoughts. We’ll collaborate to:

  • Use breath, micro-movement and awareness to create safety in your nervous system
  • Build capacity to regulate emotions and respond rather than react
  • Shift how you feel day-to-day, not just how you think

This is a trauma-informed, consent-led space. You set the pace; I hold the structure.

Many clients are brand new. You don’t need the “right words”. I’ll guide with grounding and gentle prompts; you arrive as you are. We co-create each session so it feels safe and useful for you.

We can ease in (camera off at first if that helps). I offer a complimentary 10-minute mini session — no catch, no obligation — so you can feel my style of support and see if we vibe.

My practice is trauma-informed and proudly neurodivergent, disabled & queer-friendly. You’re welcome here.
